David is a photographer based in the Towy Valley, Carmarthenshire (UK) with a passion for the environment that he lives in.  He equally enjoys working with both film and digital mediums, be it using a Nikon D800, Fuji X, iPhone, Ricoh, Bronica or Rolleiflex.

Since from a young age he has grown up spending time on and around the rivers of Berkshire and Hampshire.   This love of the river has never left and remains just as important today, but today its the lowland Tywi/Towy valley rather than the chalk streams of Southern England.  He is primarily a landscape and nature photographer interested how water shapes and supports the environment.

Outside of photography he enjoys being with his family, watching rugby, cricket, farming, wildlife, all types of fishing and has a degree in Environmental Geology and works as an IT Solution Architect.
